Workflow
PDF to DXF in three steps
Keep the PDF shape stable, extract closed main contours, then convert the image into editable DXF curves.
Upload the PDF
Use a clear single-page PDF pattern. Page 1 is used in this first version.
Normalize and close contours
The page is rendered into a 3000 x 3000 white canvas, then only large closed outer contours are kept as input.
Generate and review DXF
Download the DXF files and inspect scale, contours, notches, seam allowance, and construction in ET or CAD.
Input and output boundaries
This tool protects the page ratio during PDF rendering and closed-contour extraction, but the DXF still needs professional review.
Only page 1 is processed in this version.
The PDF page is not stretched or cropped into the square output.
White padding is expected when the PDF is not square.
Closed-contour extraction is deterministic preprocessing, not AI redrawing. Text, arrows, labels, and internal notes are removed by default; final scale and production details must be checked in ET/CAD.
